This static and interactive display has been designed to tell the story of Australian Country Music. You will experience fascinating exhibits, audio visual presentation and an amazing display of memorabilia.
 Many of Australia’s Country music stars, past and present are represented in the displays and many have supplied their own special souvenirs and keepsakes to make this exhibition a very special experience.

THE BIG GOLDEN GUITAR TOURIST CENTRE
|
The golden guitar stands 12 metres high and is a perfect replica of the famous Country Music Award’s Golden Guitar trophies.
 Gallery of Stars Wax Museum is a unique wax museum of the stars of Australian Country music. All the life figures are dressed in their original clothes and displayed in individual settings which reflect some special aspects of their life.
The Gem & Mineral Display is one of the finest in Australia. It features rare and beautiful specimens from many parts of Australia & Overseas.

POWERSTAION MUSEUM

This museum is a unique tribute to Tamworth, as the first municipal shire turn on electrical street lighting in 1888. The museum tells the story of the city’s role in the development of electrical street lighting, from days of oil and gas lamps to the installation of the first electrical lamps.
